Cathy is right, I turn the big bad 60 and now I am old. However, I have decided to forget about it and be young again and enjoy life. I am planning on retiring on May 31, 2003 from the Appeals Office. That will be a big change, but one that I am looking forward to. The purpose of this message is not really news, but to test the new system that Cathy has setup. So, I will post this message and see if it really works as she says it will.
