I also see I never finished the story of my work situation. My request to go to half time was approved so starting on June 1, I will be working less (at least at my paying job). I did also have a very nice time at our retreat, especially early in the morning of the second day when I went out to wander around and saw a herd of elks that were standing in the road in front of the house where I was staying.
