Hey, Ann we are still trying to make it to Dallin's baptism on the 31st..
We just returned from Seaside and Cannon Beach areas. It was a great day to be on the coast. We had some clouds and some sun breaks from time to time. Ryan and Audrey managed to keep our hands full. Audrey threw up just as we pulled into Cannon Beach (thank goodness we were prepared) and Ryan managed to jump into a puddle of water that was about his size. :) Despite those two issues, a good time was had by all. We ran along the beach chasing the gulls and hermit crabs in our paths. As we were leaving we heard a loud barking noise and we saw a sea lion from a distance swimming near the shore. The tide was out and we saw tons of starfish and other sea creatures trying to hide from anything on two legs. We left Cannon Beach and drove south stopping at a couple of view points along the way. We lunched in Tillamook and then headed back home. This past week Booker got his shots and his new license-now he is an official resident of this great state (hopefully this will encourage him to stay in the backyard!). Cathy and Cal came over for a movie night "Catch Me if You Can" with Jeff and ourselves. It was nice to kick back with them and have an excuse to gorge ourselves on popcorn. We both received new callings in the ward...they are official Sunday. This week have already both been busy in our callings. Our life in a nutshell. Happy Mother's Day!
