The Portland area family got together at mom's for big eats and good times. Mom, instead of being queen for the day, worked to get us all set up, but did at least make food assignments. Food by platter ruled the day. We had our first ever family council on future get-togethers and, moving strongly against tradition, we actually tried to be organized. Time will tell if we can break the family culture of chaos.......

In the meantime, it was fun to see how the kids have grown and to see interaction among the cousins. We hope you all had a good day as well!
