Smith/Peden/Wrathall/Crandall

The big news from the Crandalls is that we have been home for 43 days, seventeen hours and thirty seven minutes (but who's counting). Between busy weeks and crummy weather, we are letting the grass grow under our feet.
We had a great time in Hawaii and perhaps all the hours I spent working on the movie of the trip has curbed my wanderlust for a brief time. Cal was very excited on this trip because he finally saw his first Nene (a bird, if you have forgotten). You may be wondering why I have posted a picture of a line of cars--well, since you all know what Hawaii looks like, I thought I'd share with you what Hawaii looks like when there is an accident ahead of us on the highway and traffic was backed up for miles--for over three hours!
